Transactions

The system creates accounting transaction records for importing to the corporate accounting system. It handles a comprehensive set of transaction types including Account Payments, Product Sales, Purchase Stock Receipts, Stock-take records, Merchant Card Sales, General Transactions (including commission payments) and Negative Banking.

Out of fuel? Not anymore

Distributors can run management information reports to generate useful management information. For example, the predicted stock depletion report can be used to ensure that fuel carriers replenish stocks in line with demand.
